Comments: Dr. Karamian diagnosed and performed spinal lumbar fusion L4/L5/S1 on my back. All seems to have gone extremely well with the surgery. I was able, with the aide of a walker, to walk and climb stairs the day after surgery. Pain has been minimal and the daily emails sent out provided me with encouragement and tips to best heal. He was always very kind and listened to my concerns and questions with empathy. Very professional. Could not have asked for a better outcome. Also a call out to his nursing team and University of Utah Orthopedics hospital fine staff and great accommodations.
